Best customer service I have ever received at a Mavis! I called the day before and spoke to Mrs. Tracy to confirm my appointment for the next day. She was kind and knowledgeable and helped me with coupons for the service I needed. When I got to Mavis Nate greeted me and got my info for my appointment. I thought my rotors needed to be fixed. Come to find out dust needed to be blown out of them. They could have just did the repair and changed me. Instead, Mark's honesty saved me $320.00 dollars before taxes. As a single mother, I'm so grateful for that.

Everyone was so friendly. The store was clean and cool. Mark was very knowledgeable. I called several other repair shops for prices to replace rear shocks and this location had the best price. I was so impressed with the price and repair time, that I had 3 tire sensors replaced on my SUV. Would definitely recommend this location for your car care needs.

Mark and Nate saved my bacon with a same day break and rotor replacement right before I had to head out of town for a big wedding. They were super accommodating and answered all my questions with confidence. This location has fair prices and great service, you won’t be disappointed!

Customer Service is top tier. The front desk receptionist was busy but attentive soon as I walked in. I went to get my car diagnosed and they told me everything that I need for my car. The mechanics were very nice and helpful with helping me with my situation. Also you cant beat a free diagnostic and free air machine outside. I'm so glad my best friend referred me to them. Thanks Mavis I will definitely be a returning
